Two months old! :)

It was an amazing Memorial Day weekend here with the Benitez family. And another amazing milestone: Riley is two months old now! :) We are so happy with her! She is growing so fast right before our eyes!

Almost here!!

Sorry its taken me so long to update! Baby Benitez is almost here! Last week we had the baby shower and we were SO blessed with a TON of amazing things! We were SO happy with everything! We went to Babies R'Us to finish getting the little things we needed. So as of right now...we are set for Baby Benitez to arrive! I will be 37 weeks on Wednesday so my next post could very well involve a photo of the new addition :) Im excited to show you guys the crib we have and the clothes that are all set for her!

So... for those who have gone through pregnancy, you know that the body changes like crazy! I have never been through so many changes in such a short period of time. With that said...one of the changes that occurred recently gave some concern to the midwives so I went in to get it checked out. It was a routine ultrasound of my breasts (ya...thats what I said! :) ) and everything checked out great! After the ultrasound...the doctor asked if I wanted to see what the baby looks like. "Sure!" I said...not realizing that this ultrasound was 4-D!! I was ecstatic cause I got to see the most beautiful baby girl that I have ever seen in my life! She looks SO much like her father :) Anyways... I thought I would share this wonderful little miracle with the rest of you. Here she is...Introducing...Baby Benitez! :)

Clothes! Music!

We have been SO very blessed with so many clothes already! We got gifts from both Karla & Jennie and then we got a box full from Bubbie! Amazing! We love it! Here are some pix of the cute clothes :)

In addition, earlier this week we discovered what music Baby Benitez likes :) So far, she likes: Adel, Ne-yo, Beyonce, Rolling Stones (Grandma Beth would have LOVED to hear that!) and Nirvana. She isnt a fan of Bruno Mars, Rhianna or even Micheal Jackson! Hahahaha! Its amazing to feel her move around when certain music comes on. She certainly is picky already!! More pix to come :)
